By accessing and using the MediCare+ website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services. Additional terms may apply to specific services, and those additional terms become part of your agreement with us if you use those services.

2. Medical Services

MediCare+ provides healthcare services through qualified medical professionals. Our Services include but are not limited to:

  • Medical consultations and examinations
  • Diagnostic services and laboratory testing
  • Treatment plans and prescription services
  • Telehealth and virtual consultations
  • Emergency medical care
  • Specialist referrals

Appointment Scheduling

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Payments and Insurance

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept most major insurance plans, but it is your responsibility to verify coverage with your insurance provider. You are responsible for any co-pays, deductibles, or services not covered by your insurance.

All content included on our website and Services, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of MediCare+ or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

The MediCare+ name and logo are registered trademarks of our organization. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.

When using our Services, you agree not to:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
  • Any content obtained from the Services
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall MediCare+'s aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid MediCare+, if any, in the past six months for the Services giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Services.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
